General Foundry Service is the foundry of the future; with multiple alloy choices, 5 complementary casting processes (fingernail size to 500 lbs.), 16 CNCs (in-house), generations of casting expertise and true one-stop shopping. Not only can we make heavy, thick walled parts, but we can make intricate, detail-orientated and thin-walled geometries in varying alloys to achieve your design requirements. General Foundry Service has been located in San Leandro, CA since inception and in 2010 built a 65,000 sq. ft. building designed to house the foundries and machine shop.
